Pre-order dispatch

Most pieces in the current drop are available on pre-order. Pre-order items are crafted to order and typically ship within 2–3 weeks of purchase. If your order mixes in-stock and pre-order items, we ship everything together once the pre-order piece is ready. You’ll get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves us.

Delivery times & rates

• Dubai: 1–3 business days after dispatch. Free delivery on orders over AED 400.
• Rest of UAE: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• GCC & International: 5–12 business days after dispatch, rates calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates from the dispatch date and exclude weekends and public holidays. Any customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
