We want you to own the room in your MACHANG. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns window

You may return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Pre-order cancellations

Because pre-order pieces are made to order, you can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once dispatched, the standard 14-day return policy applies.

How to start a return

Email hello@machang.store with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and we’ll send instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

Want a different size or print? We’ll arrange an exchange subject to availability at no extra product cost.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty or we sent the wrong piece, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — return shipping on us.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable.
